I'm leaving on a jet plane...actually I'm driving, but oh well - introducing the guest bloggers

I’m going on Vacation to see my brother and his family. He has a laptop and internet connection but it seems like all the time I’m there is spent with the family and very little time if any is spent on the computer, so while I’m away I’m going to have guest bloggers. Can you believe that? I’m going to have guest bloggers. To be honest with you It still makes me feel a little funny to have a guest blogger because I wonder what kind of person actually reads my blogs and why do I feel the need to have a guest blogger while I’m away. I’m not that important and neither is anything that happens in my life. I’m just a regular guy living a regular life. I think that maybe it’s the fact that I know there are a few people who do read my blog and I feel that if I go away and don’t post anything for a week then in some way I’m letting them down, or maybe I feel that if I don’t post anything they’ll stop reading….hummm, that’s something to think about on my drive to Texas. I know that for myself there are a few blogs that I read and look forward to reading and when there is a day without a post I feel a little cheated, so just in case any of my three readers feel that way, I’ll use a quest blogger.

The first guest blogger is going to be Sal from South Carolina. He has his own blog Everyday Thoughts from Life which is a great blog. He has a style of writing that I really enjoy - I‘ll admit it...he gives me blogger envy He was the first blogger I read and I really enjoyed all his posts. I don’t really know Sal in that we’ve never met face to face, but I get this feeling that he’s almost a polar opposite of me - he’s like the yin to my yang, the good to my bad, and the light to my dark. If I had to compare myself to him, I’d say I’m like a little dark Sal shadow that writes about poop, boogers, and farts - while he writes much cleaner thoughts and much more eloquently than I do. He’s a good guy and I’m sure you’re going to enjoy his blogs. It’s ok to check out his blog - I encourage you to do so - just don’t like him more than you like me ‘cause I’m insecure and need a lot of positive re-enforcement, but hey…that’s part of my charm.

The next blogger is going to be Ms. Bullwinkie - Ms. Bullwinkie may be known to the people who read my blog. She seems to one of the faithful readers and a frequent commenter on my blog. She shoots from the hip and will tell you how it is or how she thinks it should be. She doesn’t have her own blog, but Lawd knows she should.

The third and final guest blogger will be a lady by the name of Laura. Laura and I work together. She asked me if she could post a blog and I agreed. “why not, what harm can come from it?” She has said that she’s been taking notes of my work habits and my work style because she may write a blog about me. Hummm…to this all I say is don’t believe everything you read - unless she tells you how I’m such a hard worker, but make it look so easy and how at times I’m just like a breeze flowing through the room because I’m moving so fast, and how I’m just such a great and humble person in real life. What can I say, it’s all part of my charm.

I don’t believe in any form of censorship, so I have no idea what the guest bloggers are going to write or what they’re going to post. They will have free reign of my blog. I’m not reading any of their posts before hand so I’ll be just as surprised to read them when you read them. On that note, I’m signing off and handing the control of this blog to Sal, Ms. Bullwinkie, and Laura.

I’ll see you guys when I get back…well, except Sal because he lives in South Carolina. Don’t forget to check out his blog (Everyday Thoughts from Life )nd tell him I sent you there maybe he’ll let you come along on his next fishing trip.

You just had to bring up the fishing trip didn't you. That does it. I am going to post something about going green in the workplace. Well, maybe that wouldn't be a bad idea as long as something...ANYTHING...could cover up that horrid smell you describe lingering from the comodial area of your office. Right?

Anywho, this should be a blast. I am looking forward to it with the eager anticipation of a 7 year old school girl, giddy with the excitement of the upcoming Halloween season, not that I am ment to be compared with a 7 year old school girl, get giddy often, or am too overly excited about Halloween, but you get the gist of it. BTW, you can stop visualizing again.

Have fun on your trip, because I know we will have fun here!
